We plan on running a Yucatan - All Mexico, a Copper Canyon - Colonial, and 3 Baja trips in 2027. 2 of the Baja trips will be LTV (Leisure Travel Van ) specific, and one will be a mixed Group. This is the first season we are basing prices on the Canadian dollar, instead of the US. We accept USD at the going book rate. DeposIt amounts (in Canadian) will be $700 for Baja trips, $1000 for Copper Canyon Colonial, and $1500 for Yucatan - All Mexico. There are 3 set payment dates, the 3rd one is on, or just prior to, departure. If you pay a deposit after a payment date, you must pay the deposit plus the payments up to that date. The last payment may be made in cash at the border, but it has to be in equivalent USD, not Canadian. All payments made by cash or check or money order or bank transfer, will create a 3.5% discount over the final price paid.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable. We often get people canceling who want them back. Deposits are used to secure RV park reservations, personnel etc. You may purchase insurance to cover loss due to medical and other valid reasons. Keep in mind that we often have to turn prospective customers away if a trip is full, and may not recover them and can suffer a loss when someone cancels. If we refund deposits, there is no point in even taking one to start with. They exist to secure your spot and protect against price increases. We already allow transfer of deposits to the next season which is more than most companies will do. Trip cancelation options may be found at Insurance. Refunds are determined according to our TERMS (Opens in a new window). Refunds are in the currency you paid in.
Please note that you are not booked for a trip until you make deposit. Your name is simply recorded as a prospect and we will continue to fill trips with customers willing to make a deposit, and you may miss out. A deposit also secures the price which sometimes can rise during the year.
The widget below is for converting Canadian dollar amounts to USD.
Note: We cannot at this time support EV trucks or RV's.
Note: Our credit card payment system accepts only Visa and Mastercard. Contact me if you need to use another, like American Express.or Discover.
Do you have a lien on your vehicle? Are you residente permanente in Mexico?
If you have a lien that shows on your registration, you will need a letter of permission from the lien holder to take the vehicle into Mexico.
If you have permanent resident status in Mexico, you may not take a US or Canadian registered vehicle in. If you are a Mexican citizen with permanent resident status in the US or Canada, you may. This does not apply to Baja, where you do not require a vehicle permit.
